The deadline for returning the goods is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

You will be asked to send 2 photos of the received product (side of shoe and soles) at the whatsapp number +39 334 9495531. Returns shipped are not accepted before receiving photos and our approval.
it is necessary for the goods to be fully integrated in its original packaging and that tax receipt of purchase is inserted in the inside of the box. Shoes should never have been used outdoors.
insert within the package a sheet with the following data: name, surname and the words "RETURNED GOODS WITH REFUND". In case of cash on delivery, indicate your IBAN code for the refund.

Countries subject to customs: send the product back, only by courier with a causal "RETURNED GOODS".

After receiving the goods, we will refund in 3-5 working days. The refund is net of transport and cash on delivery costs.

Exchanges and refunds will not be made on customized models upon request.

In case of returned goods (or goods not withdrawn) or a purchase with free shipping, the refund shall be made by deducting the transport costs.
