The change of goods can be done with any item on our online store. The deadline for the exchange is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Exchange of goods in Italy:
- In the event of returns for change-size or change of item, it is necessary to contact us by phone at +39 0544 262202 or +39 334 9495531 from Monday to Friday from 08.30am to 4.30pm on a continuous basis. You will be asked to send 2 photos of the received product (side of shoe and soles) at the whatsapp number +39 334 9495531. Returns shipped are not accepted before receiving photos and our approval.
- it is necessary for the goods to be fully integrated in its original packaging and that tax receipt of purchase is inserted in the inside of the box. Shoes should never have been used outdoors.
- The exchange of goods can take place in two ways:
- EXCHANGE: after having contacted us, received our authorization and reserved the goods for exchange, we will send you the goods through our courier who will collect your goods in return upon delivery. All at the cost of € 15,00 that you will pay to the courier in cash.
- after contacting us and receiving our exchange authorization, you can send the goods to our address at your expense: Studio 11 S.r.l, Via del Lavoro 28, postal code 48015 Cervia (RA) Italy. As soon as we receive the goods sent by you, we will immediately dispatch the new product.
Exchanges and refunds will not be made on customized models upon request.
Exchange of goods outside Italy:
- please contact us via email info@muffinshop.it requesting the return authorization and informing us with which product and / or size you want to replace.
- it is necessary for the goods to be fully integrated in its original packaging and that tax receipt of purchase is inserted in the inside of the box. Shoes should never have been used outdoors.
- Having received the authorization, you can return the product by courier or mail with tracking at your expense, to our venue Studio 11 S.r.l, Via del Lavoro 28, postal code 48015 Cervia (RA) Italy. As soon as we receive the goods sent by you, we will immediately dispatch the new product.
- Countries subject to customs: send the product back, only by courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, ecc. - no national mail services) with a causal "RETURNED GOODS".
The shipment for returning products is at the customer's expense, as well as customs fees (in case of extra-EEC return), while the shipment of the new product will be to our charge. As soon as we receive the goods sent by you, we will immediately dispatch the new product.
